1. Any Pakistani citizen holding a valid passport, good character, physical and mental fitness and enough financial resources may register to participate in our international expeditions.

2. Each participant will confirm before starting the journey that he is physically and mentally fit for this road trip adventure and he/she doesn’t take any Tranquilizers. If a participant found dependent on any tranquilizer(s), physically or mentally unfit for this adventure during the trip or he/she makes it difficult for himself/herself or other participants to continue the journey, he/she will be held responsible for any losses/damages occurred. 

3. The organizers at their discretion may accept or reject any registration and participant for the expedition.

4. No participant will be allowed to leave the group or stay alone during the whole trip unless permitted by the organizers. If a participant at any point leaves the group or stays alone without any permission, he/she might be disallowed to join the group for the rest of the journey without any refund.

5. If any participant illegally hides in any country, Owais Travels & Tours shall not be responsible for his/her actions. Moreover, any losses/legal complications faced by Owais Travels & Tours due to him/her shall be compensated by his/her legal heirs.

6. The package cost is for each participant and includes accommodation on sharing occupancy basis.

7. Certain difficulties and risks may arise during the trip/expedition which are beyond the control of Owais Travels & Tours, its agents, employees, partners, associated companies or sub-contractors such as natural calamities (wind, storm , floods etc.), travel to unsafe or politically unstable areas or from unsafe conditions, civil war and war, hazards involved in recreational activities, vehicle collisions, medical facilities at remote locations, transportation, or evacuation from shelter and without access to means of assistance – accident or explosion.

Owais Travels & Tours, its agents, employees, partners, affiliated companies or affiliates, for any of the above activities or any terrorist activity, including any violation of local or international laws by a passenger, shall not be liable for any injury, damages, fines, penalties or damages suffered by any passenger in connection with weather conditions, inclement weather or any other act beyond the control of Owais Travels & Tours.

8. Incase of a breakdown, the accompanying team will try to carry out with possible help available with them. In case of a major breakdown that cannot be repaired, the organizers will use their best effort to arrange for repair service at the nearest point or arrange a replacement vehicle. 

9. Every participant will accept full responsibility for the accuracy of all his/her documents including passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements for each destination. Al-Nahdee Travel & Tours shall not be responsible if any participant is stopped at any border due to the incompleteness of his/her documents or if the staff at the border, in spite of documents being complete, in their sole discretion, prevent him/her from proceeding further. Owais Travels & Tours reserves the right to leave the participant and continue their journey.

10. If during the trip a participant is arrested by the police, army or any other law enforcing agency of any country due to any crime or misdemeanor, Owais Travels & Tours will not be held responsible for his/her actions and will not be obliged to pay any fines or pursue legal proceedings on behalf of the participant.

11. During the journey, if the need to change the route is felt due to any compulsion, Al Nahdee Travels in benefit of all reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary at its sole discretion.

12. Owais Travels & Tours will not be responsible for the treatment of any disease or illness during the trip. If a participant is unable to continue his/her journey due to any illness, Al Nahdee Travels shall be authorized to continue their journey without the ill participant.

(In case of any medical assistance is required by a participant, the accompanying team will try and provide the necessary assistance within their means and the medical supplies and equipment available with them. The organizers may decide to transport the participant to the nearest appropriate medical facility. Decisions will be based only on the medical aspect and the respect of the health regulations in vigor, either to hospitalize the participant in a nearby medical facility, before envisaging transport to the nearest hospital/facility at the nearest town. It is, in this regard, expressly stated that the final decision concerning the medical interest of the participant, remains with the attending doctor. In the case where participant refuses to follow the decision considered as the most opportune by the attending doctor, they discharge the organizers of all responsibility, notably in the case where the participant returns by their means or in the case where the participant aggravates their health. They may therefore not make any claim of expenses incurred to be refunded in the conditions mentioned above. The attending doctor to take the final decision to transfer or repatriate him/her. In such an event, any extra cost occurred will be borne by the participant).

13. If at any stage during the journey a participant needs to return to Pakistan or go elsewhere due to any unforeseen circumstances or without any reason, Al Nahdee Travels will not be responsible for his/her travel arrangements nor they will be liable to refund any amount due to abandonment.

14. Photos and Videos – Al Nahdee Travels has all the rights to use the photos and videos taken on the expedition for any commercial purpose. The company is not liable for any permission from its participants for the usage of the photos and videos.

15. You will have to contend with lifestyles and cultures that are very different from your own. You must come prepared to cope with unpredictable situations, local inadequacies and unforeseeable events. Even with our detailed organization, things can go wrong. Many places where we travel are off the beaten track, maybe economically and politically unstable. Al Nahdee Travels will not be responsible for any delays caused due to unavoidable circumstances in the regions through which we will be driving.

16. Limitation of Liability – These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, the participant and  Al Nahdee Travels. By joining the expedition, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions. Although  Al Nahdee Travels is making the arrangement for this expedition, our responsibility is limited. The limits of our commitment arise from the fact that we liaise with independent third parties such as hotel, transportation companies and other ground operators. By accepting and utilizing the goods or services of third parties, each participant agrees that  Al Nahdee Travels shall not be held liable in any way for any loss, injury, damage, delay or death or property loss or damage arising from any act or omission of any such third party.  

17. Any legal dispute related to these travel services shall be heard only by the courts of Pakistan in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

18. The enjoyment and excitement of adventure travel are derived in part from the inherent risks incurred by driving through the less well-developed regions listed on the itineraries and undertaking activities beyond the levels of safety normal at home or work. Therefore, our expeditions are not suitable for people who expect to be indulged or demand for everything to go exactly as planned. For your own interest, and that of your fellow participants, please do not book an expedition if the above is not acceptable to you.
